Ramarama School is a small school situated near the base of the Bombay Hills. We enjoy a true country atmosphere - Calf Club and Flower Show are long standing annual fixtures. Yet due to our close proximity to the motorway we also have easy access to the best educational facilities and resources in and around Auckland.

Our school is set in 2.8 hectares of grounds and includes seven classrooms, a library, tennis / hard courts, playing fields, adventure playgrounds, a swimming pool and a school hall / gymnasium. Due to a supportive Board of Trustees and a very active fundraising group, the Parent Teacher Association, we are improving and adding to our facilities and resources all the time.
Fostering a family atmosphere is an important part of our school character. The children range from five to thirteen years. The younger children are regularly "buddied" by older children during whole school events. Long established staff are familiar with pupils throughout the school.
Whilst we have an excellent academic and sporting record, we work hard to cater for the needs of all children.
Annual school camps at a range of venues are designed to enhance total development of older pupils.
Our staff are highly experienced and qualified.
In addition to the staff who work at the school we have seven itinerant Supplementary Learning Support teachers based at the school who work with children with serious learning needs in schools in the Southern Counties Manukau region.
