In 2024 our Junior School is made up of 5 classes.
We aim to keep the student numbers low in these classes so our students can have lots of individual attention and the best start possible.
Learning through play is a key component in all our Junior Classes and this helps our students to feel safe, comfortable and connected to their peers and the school environment.
Students in the Junior classes will have daily readers to bring home and once a week they also bring home their poetry book, which is full of poems the students learn throughout the term.
Our Junior classes for 2024 are Weka- Year 0/1, Toutouwai- Year 0/1, Kereru- Year 3, Pukeko- Year 1/2 and Piwakawaka- Year 2/3
